Hydraulic CNC Punching Shearing Machine
The hydraulic CNC punching shearing machine, originally developed and manufactured at Jiemai in China, is a kind of new machine integrating the CNC turret punch press and the right-angle shearing machine. Different from the traditional process of punching and shearing separation, this machine can at once finish sheet punching, molding and shearing, which can directly produce raw materials into finished work pieces. As a result, our punching shearing machine can shorten the processing time by 60% and save about 10% on materials, greatly increasing the working efficiency and lowering the cost. The cubic warehouse, feeding device, discharging device, sorting unit, stacking equipment and more can also be offered to further increase the automation degree of the whole machine. The punching shearing machine reaches the advanced level of similar imported products.
