LCF CNC Laser Cutting Machine
Based on our recent 30 years of experience, Jiemai has currently developed this new-generation LCF CNC laser cutting machine, which reached the advanced level of similar international products. This laser cutting machine uses the modern laser flying-optic cutting system that has the function of auto focusing. With its high-speed positioning system and excellent controlling mode, the machine can acquire the highest productivity. With the integrated design of laser and CNC system, it has the optical fiber communication inside. All these make the power and start and stop of the laser to perfectly match with the servo motion.
W-axle, the CNC compensation adjustment device integrated on the Z-axle, make the focus lens move along with the cutting head to get the right focus according to sheets. At the same time, it can remain the focus in right position through solving the problem of laser beam divergence, to ensure the uniform cutting speed and quality.
The laser cutting head, which can bear 2.5MPa air pressure, is used for cutting various sheets. With simple structure, the head is easy to adjust. There is a collision-prevention device to protect the head from damage. With the capacitive type height adjusted device, the laser cutting head can operate quickly, flexibly and accurately. The pre-injection device (optional) makes the head easy to cut thicker sheet.
