High Laser Cutting Stability
The motion system is made up of precision linear ball guide and the precision traverse ball screw which is imported from Japan THK Company as well as the precision match bearings from Japan NSK Company. Its maximum positioning speed is 10m/min, positioning accuracy is ±0.03mm, and the repeated positioning accuracy is 0.015mm.
Cutting Set for Stainless Steel
The laser cutting machine has the high press cutting set for cutting stainless steel. It is made up of a high gas unit, pipes and valve. Its user-friendly CNC system can switch to the cutting mode.
User-friendly Assist Gas Control System
The user-friendly assist gas control system, with distribution valve and high-pressure valve, is used to pre-adjust different pressure for cutting different materials during the machining process.
