CNC Slitting Line
The CNC slitting line is used to decoil, slit and roll the metal plate into finished products with required width. It is used for processing cold and hot rolled carbon steel, silicon steel, tinplate, stainless steel, etc.
As required, this line can be equipped with an automatic edge position control (EPC) system or a CPC automatic centering system to facilitate material feeding, improve productivity and precision, and protect plate surface. The EPC automatic edge controlling system can be offered to ensure the uniform rewinding, which is especially suitable for rewinding wide plate.
The CNC slitting line is composed of a loading car, decoiler, leveler, shearing machine, slitting machine, scrap recoiler, tensioning mechanism, recoiler, discharging device and so on.
