CNC Coil Processing System, Flying Shearing Line
The CNC coil processing system, flying shearing line is used to decoil, level, shear the metal coils of different specifications into the flat plate with required length and width. It is used for processing cold rolled plate, galvanized plate and color-coated plate.
Features
This series flying shearing line shears materials for 150 times per minute, whose maximum operating speed is 80m/min. Using the six-layer multi-roll leveler, the processing system can ensure the sheet will be flat and without scratch. The flying shear is driven by the servo motor with a high shearing accuracy. The double-station stacking system comes with quick and effective work, and the friendly man-machine interface is also used.
